  • 1st Global revamps its corporate Web site offering a more engaging experience to visitors as well as 1st Global firms, clients and staff
  • 1st Global launched "Communities" a workshop-based event in Dallas (July 16 – July 18, delivering enhanced education, networking opportunities and a relationship-building environment with 1st Global and partners.
  • 1st Global kicked off the year long 20th anniversary at National Conference 2012 (November 11 – 13)
  • 1st Global relocated its headquarters to Park Central 7∙8∙9. The new office is specifically designed and engineered to create a more open, connected and collaborative 1st Global (November 19)

The award recognizes a company's ability to exceed pre-determined measures of service in four categories: Attitude, Accommodation, Expertise and Call Interrupts. The DALBAR Service Excellence Award qualifying standard is set using industry averages from the previous year plus DALBAR’s projection of industry trends in the service excellence category. 1st Global pays no fee to participate in the DALBAR service excellence survey. 42 percent of the 36 participating firms received awards for service excellence.
