Service Team Manager

Casey Mason is a service team manager at 1st Global, where he leads an end-to-end service team committed to providing excellent service to advisors, assistants and their clients. Through this role, he oversees the team in opening and managing accounts and responding to all service-related questions and immediate inquiries. He began his career at 1st Global in 2014, and enjoys helping his team work together to follow the guiding principle of aspiring to servant leadership by providing great service to our firms.

With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Casey brings a wide variety of experience from different areas of the business including regulatory principal, new accounts, transfer of assets and operations surveillance. Through this experience and in his current role, he enjoys helping people meet their financial goals. Casey has passed his Series 24, 9, 10, 7 and 63 exams.
