David Atchley

Manager of IT Support

David Atchley is the manager of IT support in the Technology Services department, where he leads a high performing, collaborative and engaged team of IT support professionals to provide excellent customer service and partnership to 1st Global employees and advisors. He also identifies, recommends and implements desktop, mobile and portable technology solutions and helps users leverage those tools to generate the best business results for our clients and our advisors.

After many years working in the technology sector, David discovered his passion for building high performing technical teams, which led him to 1st Global in 2015. Prior to that, David worked as an IT consultant for Insight Technology and Intrinsic Technologies, a systems administrator for Alcon Laboratories, Inc. and an IT systems sales representative for Bell Atlantic/CompuShop. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from LeTourneau University and has passed his FINRA Series 99 exam. He is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
