Michelle Grose

Employee Communications and Events Specialist

Michelle Grose is an event planner at 1st Global, where she coordinates and executes internal company events, manages registration and travel for external events, and coordinates community service initiatives for employees to take part in to strengthen the company’s relationship with the local community. She began her career at 1st Global in 2015 and loves being part of a team that serves others on a continual basis, helping to empower and support them in a variety of ways.

Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism and her Master of Arts degree in communications from Dallas Baptist University. She was drawn to 1st Global because of the value it places on its employees and the overall culture established on honorable principles. Prior to joining the company, she gained a tremendous amount of experience in her field as the director of Christian school relations and the spirit coordinator at Dallas Baptist University, as an event planner at Mathes and Co. Events, and as a brand manager at The Richards Group. She is a member of the Young Professionals Organization and continues to practice the spirit of servant leadership through her involvement at Watermark Community Church and Polished — Dallas, an organization of young professional women who navigate their career paths and explore faith together.
