MATRIX&trade Workshops MATRIX™ Workshops are a full week of education designed to train advisors and wealth management assistants on building and managing a successful wealth management business. These workshops cover the four areas you must master to build a wealth management business: Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Administration. Advanced Solutions Program The Advanced Solutions Program serves as a forum for advisors to explore complex and creative solutions to their clients’ financial needs. The workshop utilizes a case study approach and involves various aspects of asset management, risk management strategies and retirement planning. National Conference Held annually, National Conference provides an opportunity for you to network with experienced financial advisors and industry professionals, receive valuable education on a wide variety of topics, and become inspired with an array of new ideas and resources. Each year 1st Global attracts leading industry speakers to National Conference including Ben Stein, Tom Gau, Bill Bachrach, Natalie Choate, Nick Murray and Mark Tibergien. The annual event is held at a different location around the country each year. Past locations include Orlando, Las Vegas, Washington D.C., and San Diego. Wealth Management Academy™ Webcasts Through our Wealth Management Academy Webcasts, you can benefit from an education program designed to complement our in-person classes, delivered right to your office. Webcasts are focused on specific topics, such as insurance and investment services, product training, operations, and marketing. We also have webcasts designed to provide ongoing education for wealth management assistants. Video Education Series The Video Education Series offers you an interactive look at the lessons contained in the MATRIX™ - Master Wealth Management Business Development and Management System. Each video focuses on a different theme and highlights the key steps in making a client meeting efficient, effective and purposeful through simulations of advisor-client engagements. The goal of the series is to help you and your staff prepare for every client contact in order to initiate a wealth management dialogue and spur the client to implement solutions. It’s not just what you know; it’s also how you present wealth management services to clients that matters!
